Fees: Please contact me to discuss the fee for the service you are seeking. A 1-hour session fee is $150.00 though sliding scale fees are available based on need. Please note that 2-hour sessions are typical for couples sessions, at least in the initial stages. Fees for private and group yoga, workshops, and consultation are determined by varying factors. Please inquire.
Receipts/Invoices for reimbursement: Many insurance plans cover at least a portion of psychological services. A receipt will be issued each session that includes all the information needed to submit to your insurance company. In some cases direct billing can be arranged. Contact your insurance company prior to services to determine if and how many sessions are allotted. You may also be able to recover therapy costs through your health spending account. If you do not have benefits, you may be able to claim a portion of services on your yearly income tax as an extended medical expense.
Payment Types Accepted: Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), cash, or electronic funds transfer are currently accepted methods of payment. Fees are due at the time of the session, unless otherwise arranged.
Appointment Cancellation: Timely client service is important to me. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice by phone or email is greatly appreciated.
